CALL-IN SHOWS (TV AND RADIO):
This is one of
the most effective ways of communicating with a national and international
audience. You can call, post comments, chat, etc.
TIPS:
- If the line is busy, which
they often are, keep redialing over and over, don't stop. On C-SPAN (Nov 2,
2008) I actually got a ring on three different occasions before someone
finally picked up.
- The operator will ask what you
have to say. Make it interesting and concise.
